I have stumbled upon this interesting article about the world’s smallest refrigerator and thought – “wow, this is something I could really do with, inside each and every one of my Intel processors!”. This is true specially for the later generations, such as Prescott which is REAL hot!
In a nutshell, you stick this system on intel chips, and just get rid of the CPU heatsink altogether, or at least make it WAY smaller, and definitely not include a fan. With no moving parts, you greatly improve the reliability of the system, not to mention being able to perhaps overclock the chip because the heat issue is simply gone!
